We offer priority dental appointments for our registered patients that are experiencing dental emergencies, and we can also offer urgent appointments for non-registered patients or for tourists that are in the region and require an emergency dentist.

Tooth
Extractions
Although we are committed to providing preventative care and advice, with certain cases a tooth extraction may be required. The benefits of
a tooth extraction are reduced pain, preventing the spread of an infection, and creating extra space in your mouth for alternative dental treatments.
Root Canal Treatment
Root canal treatment (endodontics) is necessary when the blood or nerve supply of the tooth (pulp) is damaged due to decay or injury.
It is most commonly required for teeth with deep fillings or significant dental decay.
Crowns &
Bridges
Crowns and bridges restore damaged teeth or fill gaps by covering or replacing them, enhancing appearance and functionality for improved oral health. A dental crown
commonly referred to as a cap, is used to cover a damaged tooth. It can completely encase the tooth or be placed on top of it. A bridge is created by constructing crowns on the teeth on either side of a gap and connecting these two crowns by placing a false tooth in the space.
CHILDREN'S DENTAL CARE
At Gargrave Dental Practice we believe in preventative dental care and advise parents to bring their children for regular dental check-ups from an early age. if you are registered
at our practice, your children receive free dental check-ups until the age of 16.
